The launch of AuthPoint presented a unique, company-wide opportunity to introduce a flagship product within WatchGuard’s Identity Security pillar. This high-impact initiative required a cohesive, multi-platform approach—spanning print, digital advertising, social media campaigns, mobile platforms, website updates, and core brand messaging. It was a strategic moment to reinforce WatchGuard’s leadership in network security and align internal and external communications around a unified, innovation-driven narrative.

The Problem:

The launch of AuthPoint demanded cohesive, efficient collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership. As a key addition to WatchGuard’s Identity Security pillar, messaging needed to frame AuthPoint as more than a product—it was a simple, powerful solution to one of the biggest threats businesses face: authentication security gaps. Marketing’s challenge was to communicate this value clearly and quickly without overwhelming audiences with technical details. Our goal was to educate, build trust, and position WatchGuard as a go-to security partner, delivering clarity, speed, simplicity, and impact across every customer touchpoint.

From a creative marketing perspective, the solution was to craft a clear, accessible story around a highly technical product—making the value of AuthPoint tangible for a broad business audience. We positioned AuthPoint as a simple yet essential solution to a major cybersecurity risk, focusing the messaging on eliminating vulnerabilities through easy-to-deploy MFA.
